Houston Ultimate Community

I recently moved back to Houston, and I'm interested in finding a team to play at a relatively competitive level. I played off and on over a 5 year period at a pretty low level. Over the last year I started playing more competitively. I thought I was in good shape before I started running in the heat and humidity again. Any tips on where I can find out about either leagues or picking up with teams for tournaments would be appreciated.
