The Texas Beach Ultimate Fest (TBUF), is back and bigger than ever. Come join us at Galveston’s RA Apffel Park (east beach) on Saturday May 30th for the longest running beach tournament in the WORLD. There is something for every skill level from beginners to world’s level ultimate players. Come help us show the rest of the country that Galveston is still on the map and stronger than ever!
This year we will be supporting the local Galveston Independent School District (GISD) with a sports equipment drive. We'll have more details on that as they become available.

Approximate Schedule from Previous Years:
Round 1: 10 am
Round 2: 10:45 am
Round 3: 11:30 am
Cross Over game Round 4: 12:15 pm
1 to 2 pm break with Pizza, grab some shade under frisbee central and cool off.
Quarters: 2 pm
Semis: 2:45 pm (50 min hard cap) 10 min break
Finals: 3:45 pm Game to 11 win by 2 hard cap at 15.
Prizes awarded to winners of Rec and Comp division. Each player will receive a player pack with goodies. Each team will receive a game disc. Additional TBUF discs and merchandise will be for sale at frisbee central. Some water and fruit will be provided. Each team is strongly encouraged to bring additional fluids, food and sunscreen. Cleats are optional but recommended.
- Rec division, 4 on 4, max team size of 6. One woman on field at all times opposing team does not have to match if you play 2 women. 20 dollars per person entry fee if paid at least a week in advance. 25 dollars per person if you pay in the last week up to tourney time. Team captain is responsible for paying entire team fee - no individual payments accepted.
- Competitive or Elite division, 4 on 4 savage, 3 men 1 women. 80 dollars per team fee if paid at least a week in advance. 100 dollars per team if you pay in the last week up to tourney time. The top teams from the this division will form an elite division after pool play. The remainder of competitive division will play for prizes, the elite division will play for cash (the first place team will at least double their entry fee) The size of the elite bracket will depend on the size of the competitve division. The smallest elite division would be 4 teams. The largest bracket would be 8 teams. Cash prizes for the top teams goes up as the size of the competitive pool goes up.
