Houston Ultimate Community

We are excited to bring you a new pickup game on Thursdays. TIP (Thursday Indoor Pickup) is open to all interested players in Houston.

Never played Indoor Ultimate before? No problem - it's a quicker, fast-paced game with an 8 second stall count and 5v5 at a time. All your standard Ultimate rules apply. There's no wind, so throwing is easier and makes for some exciting play. Tennis shoes or turf shoes are a must (no cleats) and the field is smaller. Check out the map of the field, as well as rules for out of bounds.

What: Thursday Indoor Pickup (TIP)
Where: Texans Indoor Soccer (4137 Pinemont Dr, Houston, TX 77018)
When: 7 pm - 9pm Thursdays* starting 10/22 (that's next week!)
Cost: $5 per person, per night (please either bring cash or paypal wang.melvin@gmail.com)
What to bring: $5, tennis/turf shoes, water, a white and dark shirt/jersey, and your game face

*This is a trial run for Indoor Pickup. This game was created because of positive response from the HUC Indoor Survey, and interest in a Thursday night pickup game. If interest wanes then the Indoor Pickup will go away. If you want to have a Thursday Indoor Pickup game, come out now.
